Customised Envelope Printing

For over five decades Trimfold Envelopes has specialised in customised envelope printing. We can customise envelopes to suit a vast array of specifications and print requirements, including specialist window sizes, sealing methods and bespoke opaques.

With over 55 years of experience, Trimfold can help you specify the right envelope solution for your requirements, including customised printing from simple one-colour designs through to high-quality four-colour process images. We work with trusted manufacturing partners to deliver the right specification, print finish and quality for your needs.

Bespoke Envelope Services

Our Envelopes

Our envelope ranges can be categorised into three main areas of speciality :

Machine Fill Mailing Wallets—our mailing wallets are designed specifically for use on automated envelope inserting machines and feature the main sizes used in mailing centres, offices and mailrooms.

Office Range—our office range is ideally suited for everyday business use as a plain stationary envelope and can also be supplied printed and personalised to a company’s specification.

Protective Range—our protecting range offers envelopes for a vast array of different uses including boardback envelopes to prevent creasing and folding, expanding gusset envelopes for bulky mail, padded envelopes to protect against impact and tear resistant tamper proof envelopes.

 

Overprint Services

Lithographic printing is used for printing high quality and close register images and our dedicated Overprint Department is designed for adding print to finished envelopes.

As we manufacture our own envelope stock and store it on site, you can be sure of a consistent envelope quality and design every time you order from us. Many of our printers have worked with Trimfold Envelopes for over 20 years ensuring we have the highest level of experience and expertise on hand when it comes to printing your envelopes.
