About Trimfold Envelopes Ireland
Trimfold Envelopes Limited is one of Ireland’s longest-established and most trusted suppliers of envelopes, print and mail-media solutions, with over 55 years of experience serving businesses and organisations nationwide.
Based in the heritage town of Trim, Co. Meath, we provide a comprehensive range of stock and bespoke envelope solutions, supported by our dedicated in-house envelope printing and overprinting department. Our experienced team works closely with trusted manufacturing partners to source envelopes to the required specification, while providing expert support in artwork, proofing, printing and overprinting, with fast turnaround times across the island of Ireland.
Since establishing the business in 1971, we have built an outstanding reputation for providing our customers with creative solutions, quality products, reliable supply, on-time delivery and a continuing commitment to first-class customer service.
In 2006, Trimfold Envelopes became part of the Mayer Kuvert network, one of Europe's largest independently owned envelope groups. This relationship gives Trimfold access to an extensive European network of envelope expertise and manufacturing capability, supporting our ability to source a broad range of envelope solutions for customers in Ireland.
Our experienced team of dedicated Account Managers, supported by advanced IT systems and extensive product knowledge, works closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide the right envelope and mail-media solutions. From standard stock products to bespoke specifications and professionally printed envelopes, we aim to make the entire process straightforward and efficient.
Quality and responsible sourcing remain central to our approach. We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our operations by minimising waste, recycling wherever possible and continually looking for ways to improve the sustainability of our products and processes.
We work with established and trusted suppliers to source quality papers, window films, inks and adhesives, while considering environmental credentials and certified options where appropriate. Our quality management systems and supply partners support the consistent quality of the products we provide, with FSC® and PEFC-certified options available where required.
Our facilities in Trim include extensive warehousing and dedicated space for envelope printing, artwork, proofing and customer support. This enables us to provide a responsive service, manage stock efficiently and meet customer requirements ranging from smaller bespoke orders through to high-volume supply.
As the market evolves, Trimfold is expanding into the growing food paper packaging sector, building on our long-standing expertise in paper products, print and customer-focused solutions. Our range includes bespoke printed greaseproof paper, burger wraps and bags, bakery bags and other paper packaging solutions for foodservice, hospitality, retail and takeaway businesses. This diversification enables us to offer sustainable paper-based alternatives while continuing to deliver the quality, print expertise and service that have been central to Trimfold since 1971.
Trimfold continues to evolve to meet the changing needs of our customers — providing quality envelopes, print, packaging and paper solutions with the service and expertise you can trust.
