As Ireland’s largest envelope manufacturer we produce over 600,000,000 envelopes every year, 70,000,000 of which are bespoke. We can offer our customers an extensive envelope design and production service and can meet client specifications on design and quality while achieving superior results on specification, window positions, sealing methods and paper types. We also provide a full range of printing and over printing services.
Our 100,000 sq ft plants runs 24 hours a day five days a week and comprises 72,000 sq ft of manufacturing and printing facilities and 28,000 sq ft of warehouse and finished goods, with 2000 pallet spaces. Our extensive on-site storage capacity ensures that our clients receive a consistent paper and print quality on their branded envelopes with every order they place with us.

Our company ethos revolves around the provision of high quality products and the consistent delivery of excellent customer service at all times. We quote promptly, process orders efficiently and produce finished goods to customer specifications within the timeframe agreed.
Our 100,000 sq.ft plant is fitted with state of the art envelope and print production equipment and we employ some of the industry’s most experienced design and production staff. Trimfold Envelopes can cater for small orders as well as high volume requirements with equal ease.
Quality & Performance
All of the paper used by Trimfold Envelopes in the production of our envelopes comes from sustainable sources and we carry both FSC® and PEFC certification. We ensure that all the component products used in our envelopes—the paper, the window film, the inks and glues—are all of the highest standard, environmentally safe and ethically sourced. We work hard to limit the environmental impact of our business—keeping waste to a minimum and recycling what waste we produce. We are always seeking new ways to manage our businesses in as sustainable a way as possible.
Our manufacturing facility has attained ISO9001:2015, FSC® and PEFC status and this combined with the quality of our components ensures that our envelopes and mail media products are of the highest standard possible.
Design Inspiration
Our artwork department is fully equipped to provide a fast and efficient proofing service which enables us to assist with the setting of your artwork and the execution of any changes you may need to make to your existing artwork. If it’s inspiration you need, we can also create new artwork for you to make your envelope standout with a creative and eye catching design. Whether we are setting your existing artwork or creating artwork for you from scratch we will advise you to ensure compliance with An Post regulations for direct mail.
